HS&S Cancellation Policy
HS&S values the time of both our clients and therapists. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure efficient and fair service management for everyone.
Cancellations Before 48 Hours:
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will be fully refunded or rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours:
- If you cancel or need to reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the single appointment will be charged. Rescheduling will still be offered, but the 50% charge applies.
Home Treatment Cancellations:
- For home treatments, if our therapist is unable to provide the treatment due to a client’s fault (e.g., inadequate space, no access to a power socket, or an unsafe environment), the booking will be charged in full.
